When making an appointment, please inform the Reception staff whether you have a valid Medicare card. Payment will be taken before the appointment. After an Appointment has been made, you will receive a reminder for your upcoming consultation.
When you finished your telehealth with doctor, If you require a prescription/ referral/ medical certificate, please email your name, DOB and mobile with your email to reception@campsiemedicalpractice.com.au. This will allow our receptionists to electronically send you the documents shortly after.
Please note that we do escripts where we will send your prescription to your phone to show to your dispensing Pharmacist of choice.
During our consultation we will conduct a phone or video consultation via your computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Be sure your internet connection is stable and avoid moving if using a mobile.
At the time of your meeting, wait for a call from the practice at the agreed time.
The message will include a unique link that the patient can simply click on.
Depending on their device, the patient may be prompted to allow access to their camera and microphone,
in which case the patient must select "OK" or "Allow".
Once the doctors connects, the video consult will commence automatically.
