Payment & Fees

Mixed- Billing on Saturdays Dr Tse, Dr Elton Lin and Dr Lindy Ngo

From the 6th April 2024,

The following fees apply to all patients that are not pension card/ health care card holders and for those who are not under 16 years of age. 

• Payment will be taken after the consultation
• All Care plans, Health assessments, MHCPs will be bulk-billed.
• All other procedural fees will be at the discretion of the treating GP.
• Flu vaccinations and COVID-19 vaccinations will be bulk-billed

Please note:

• Total upfront fees are listed (rebate where applicable + gap)
• Final fee payable may be based on the duration of consultation and at the discretion of the Doctor
• Rebates can be claimed by Medicare card holders unless otherwise specified

Newborn babies awaiting Medicare card

• Rebate can be claimed from Medicare once card is obtained
• Routine childhood vaccinations included

Consultation Fees – Dr. Bernard Tse

• Apply to Medicare and non-Medicare patients who have:
• Never attended the practice
• Not attended the practice for > 2 years
• Do not apply to newborn babies (with Medicare card or pending) of existing active patients (attended 3 times in the last 2 years)

Consultation Fees - Dr John Doan

Dr John Doan is bulk-billing on Saturdays.

New patients and patients who have not been seen for over 1 year will incur a fee of $120 (Monday to Friday) and $130 on Saturday and the fee is Medicare rebatable.

Consultation Fees - Dr Lindy Ngo

Dr Lindy Ngo is bulk-billing children under 16 and concession card holders.

Her standard consultation fees are as below and we will provide the relevant Medicare rebate according to the consultation length.

Consultation fees – all GPs

• Apply to all non-Medicare patients

Childhood immunisations including GP consultation (non-Medicare patients only)

• Compulsory childhood vaccinations included (excluding annual influenza and COVID-19) $100
  

Procedures and other items

• Billed in addition to other consultation fees applicable as determined by GP

Forms

• Fees in addition to any applicable Medicare items determined by GP
• No Medicare rebates available
• Apply to
• Commercial driver medical assessment
• Insurance forms (related to private health insurance, income protection etc)
• Pre-employment assessments

Medical record requests

• Request to transfer medical records must be approved by the patient’s regular GP
• Signed consent from the patient must be received from their medical provider/insurance company/solicitor etc
• Records will only be released after above received and payment made
